The transparent dust cover is ideal to protect my typing babies but still, I can enjoy looking at them - this item is just perfect. The order came so well packed, I kept even the wrapping paper for some inspiration :) Big thanks to the shop owner, they have been very helpful and very friendly!

This is the second one I got, very well made and very practical. I love it and I recommend it a lot. For an Olivetti Lettera is a bit too tight but still it works ok!

Fijne mat voor onder de typemachine. Past daarnaast ook prima onder een lockmachine.

Basically the platen knob replacement was the correct size. It was meant to be glued on. I know that the gluing process would not handle the torque requirements of its functions.
Fortunately I was able to find another replacement knob that was attached to a metal collar with two set screws to which the platen knob was attached. It was quite sturdy and would handle the torque requirements of its functions.

Works very well with a Hermes Baby. Dimensions are the same as the original. Glad shops like these still sell ribbon for typewriters.

The knob has the exact fit.

Though I wish the knobs came with the same texture as shown in the listing, they're clearly a quality item filling a retro need. Thank you!

my old Hermes feet were as hard as rocks and falling apart. These new feet were easy to install and gave new life to my 75 year old typewriter

Fits perfectly! Was a bit skeptical as it just glues on with no screws or other attachment but it was 3D printed with small enough tolerances to fit snugly. My typewriter was missing only one cap and although this one is slightly more translucent than the original cap, the color is dead on and I think it matches closely enough.

Heel blij mee als ondersteuning voor mijn typemachine. Heb er wel zelf nog wat antislip materiaal onder gelegd. Nu staat mijn typemachine als een huis en kan de droomfabriek op volle toeren draaien.

My imperial the good companion is the first typewriter I owned.
And being from 1943, she needed new rubber feet. I looked everywhere I could think off… until I found Amsterdam typewriter site on Etsy… and found new feet for my lady…
And they also have other models as well…got some for my Olympia and Corona folding…

A bit too soft: the typewriter bounces slightly while typing. Could bother some, but ok for me.
