In a hot, classic red color, this typewriter is a great writing machine for starters but also for regular users. It is model 23 of the popular Underwood brand, this one was made during the 1960s. This machine's mechanics work incredibly smoothly and all is fully functional. The paint of both case and typewriter is original, very well preserved. Fully professionally serviced, meaning this machine is spotless clean, all 2800+ parts cleaned by hand, aligned and fine tuned as it was back in the day in the factory.

*COSMETICS: This typewriter is in excellent condition - minor age signs (blemishes, scratches). All the keys are nice, shiny and clean. The chrome plated metal parts have been cleaned. The machine is finished off with a protective, museum-quality wax in order to protect the paint from oxidation, dirt, scratches and fingerprints.
*MECHANICS: As with all our serviced typewriters - this one is in outstanding mechanical condition. As part of our restoration process this typewriter has received a new black/red ink. It is ready to withstand many hours of smooth typing.
*CASE: The case is in great condition. A beautiful, vintage red case. It works great, small tears on the edges.
