*COSMETICS: This typewriter is in great condition. Smooth, metal green paint finish. The chrome plated metal parts look great. The machine is finished off with a protective, museum-quality wax in order to protect the paint from oxidation, dirt, scratches and fingerprints.
*MECHANICS: As with all our restored typewriters - this one is in outstanding mechanical condition. As part of our restoring this typewriter has been thoroughly cleaned and has received new black/red ink. It is ready to withstand many hours of heavy typing with it's smooth carriage, light keys and sturdy design. It has new rubber feet, new felt pads, fine tuned to serve a minimum of 50 more years.
*CASE: The case is in great condition. Cleaned and polished, it works well. One of the 4 sets of screws is missing, but the handle works fine.
