Stunningly beautiful gray Everest mod. 90 manual typewriter. It was made in 1952 in Italy after an Italian designer. This typewriter is so comfortable to type on! It has many great functions - comfortable glass keys - very responsive, customizable functions - such as margins setters, color switch (for different colors of ink).
*TYPEFACE: Pica 10 cpi typeface.
*COSMETICS: This typewriter is in excellent condition. Minimum age signs - such as small blemishes, spots. The gray glossy paint is in great shape with a smooth, semi shiny finish. The chrome plated metal parts look great. The machine is finished off with a protective, museum-quality wax in order to protect the paint from oxidation, dirt, scratches and fingerprints.
*MECHANICS: As with all our serviced typewriters - this one is in outstanding mechanical condition. As part of our servicing this typewriter has been thoroughly cleaned and has received new ink. It is ready to withstand many hours of heavy typing with it's smooth carriage, light keys and sturdy design.
*CASE: The case is in good condition. Cleaned and polished, it works, but the lock is missing, and must be opened with a means of a tool.
*OUR RECOMMENDATION: We always recommend this model if you are planning on regular use and heavy typing. This typewriter has no other match and deserves it's own category - a true performer - built to last more than a lifetime.
