This is a set of 12 rubber body bushing replacements designed to fit Olympia SM3/4/5/7/Monica.
The old ones tend to get deformed with time which can damage your typewriter shell and cause the body to sit incorrectly. Always replace them with new ones - also part of the annual typewriter servicing protocol! The bushings act as spacers, also absorbs vibration, dampens noise.
Instructions for installation
Unscrew one of the 4 screws, remove the old rubber, place the new rubber in place and screw the metal washer tightly.
Tip: Replace the rubber bushings one by one.
Important: This rubber bushings are designed to provide a perfect fit. The installation takes a few minutes.
Material of the feet
Neoprene rubber.
