This is a beautifully restored HERMES Hermes 3000 typewriter in excellent condition with a rare cursive (script) typeface. Not to be confused with italic typeface (less rare).

*TYPEFACE: The typeface is uncommon and hard to find cursive (script). The keyboard has English QWERTY layout.
*COSMETICS: This typewriter is in excellent cosmetic condition. There are a very minimal age wear and paint blemishes on the body (small blemish on right carriage side). The chrome plated metal parts look very good. The color of the crinkle paint is a hue of green. Smooth paintwork.
*MECHANICS: It types as smooth as butter and looks amazing! Outstanding mechanical condition. The typewriter has been disassembled, cleaned, polished and adjusted on feet. Bell works like a charm, carriage advances smoothly. It is ready to withstand many hours of heavy typing with it's smooth carriage, light keys and sturdy design.
*CASE: Original case present. Good condition, with lock.
*ADDITIONAL INFO & extra's: original warranty card (rare to find), 2 cleaning brushes branded with Hermes logo. This typewriter is very easy to type on, it's suitable for light users who do not like to heavily hit the keys. The keys are very responsive, light to type on, perfect distance between the rows of the keyboard which is ergonomic.
