It is a great model for those - who wish to dive into reliable typewriter models - Olivetti typewriters are one of the most common typewriters with great reputation for sturdy mechanics, comfortable to use and relatively easy to maintain. Good for beginners, too. Very easy/intuitive to operate, with small keys and a slim space bar.
*TYPEFACE: English QWERTY keyboard. 11 cpi typeface. Meaning there are 11 characters (letters, symbols) in 1 inch (2.54 cm)
*COSMETICS: This typewriter is in excellent condition! In fact, it is one the best Lettera 32 I have ever serviced, it is almost unused, minor to no age signs. Small use marks on the (shift) keys. The chrome is still in great condition. The machine is finished off with a protective, museum-quality wax in order to protect the paint from oxidation, dirt, scratches and fingerprints.
*MECHANICS: As with all our serviced typewriters - this one is in great mechanical condition. As part of our servicing this typewriter has been thoroughly cleaned and has received new black + red ink. It is ready to withstand many hours of heavy typing with it's smooth carriage, light keys and sturdy design. It has 2 ink settings - meaning you can type in 2 inks simultaneously. For example - black and red. This typewriter comes with new black/red ink and plastic Olivetti spools.
*CASE: The case is in functional in mild condition. Cleaned and polished, zipper works fine. Slight stain marks on the inside of the case. It has been disinfected & refreshed. The case is vintage, can be used for storage and safely carrying your typewriter.
*OUR RECOMMENDATION: We always recommend this model if you are planning on heavy to regular use or want to make for a display (if you have average or smaller finger tips then this is the model for you, because the keys are petit. If you have huge hands - your fingers might press more than 1 keys at a time.)
