
Stunningly beautiful Everest Mod. 90 typewriter. Everest typewriters were made in Italy and later acquired by famous Olivetti company. Lovely Everest logo on the top right corner - a little emblem. This one has an uncommon forest green color. It was made in 1952 in Italy after an Italian designer. It has very responsive glass keys, customizable functions - such as margins setting, color switch (for different colors of ink), margin release, etc.
*TYPEFACE: Pica 10 cpi typeface.
*COSMETICS: This typewriter is in good condition. It has age signs - such as small paint blemishes, spots of wear on the chrome especially key rings. Wear on paper guide. The green glossy paint is in great shape with a smooth, semi shiny finish. Age signs on chrome work of the case. The machine is finished off with a protective, museum-quality wax in order to protect the paint from oxidation, dirt, scratches and fingerprints.
*MECHANICS: Excellent mechanical condition. Black cotton ribbon and metal spools. This typewriter has been thoroughly cleaned and has received new ink. It is ready to withstand many hours of heavy typing - please note the machine is basket shift operational - making the shift heavier on this model.
*CASE: The case is in good condition. Cleaned and polished, it works well. Comes with original brush.
