This 1918 Corona 3 (known as one of the most user-friendly foldable typewriter) is in great condition. It is a great typewriter choice for first time typists and slow typists because this typewriter is heavy-duty and can keep up with regular use! *COSMETICS: This typewriter is in very good condition - age signs on the body frame (mostly where you would relax your wrists, around the space bar). Beautiful smooth and shiny black finish. The chrome plated metal parts look good, very few spots of wear. Overall, very good condition after cleaning/polishing/servicing.
*MECHANICS: As with all our serviced typewriters - this one is in outstanding mechanical condition. As part of our service process this typewriter has received new rubber feet for ultimate grip and support on all surfaces, as well as new ink. Professionally serviced and complete. All parts are original and perfectly working. It is ready to withstand many hours of heavy typing with it's smooth carriage, light keys and sturdy design. Please, note sometimes number 3 might print lower part in red color (unless you use an all-black ribbon). We have done our best to align this typewriter and adjust each letter one by one, even though it is 105 years old it performs great.
*CASE: Hard case, covered with black leather. With automatic lock. Lower part of case is not attached, very familiar with this model.
